More About Me
I am Lisa DeFranco, a Sales Associate with Better Homes and Gardens Coccia Realty, servicing the Northern NJ real estate market. I am an energetic ?multitasker? with the drive to make your fairytale become a reality.

I work with clients ethically and host the most wholesome open houses that makes everybody feel comfortable and positive of the decision that they will make with me. My goal is to treat everyone with kindness and understanding intentions. I pay extra specific attention to my work and who I?m working with. I am laser focused at something that I want to accomplish and persistent to get that job done. I am extremely patient. Punctuality is very important to me and time management is key.

During my years at Immaculate Conception High School in Lodi, I was the team captain of my varsity basketball team, so I possess leadership skills and will never steer anyone wrong. I?m very observant to details and listen to the client?s needs to my full ability. I gain people?s trust very quickly when first meeting them. I listen very closely to what my clients want and I never overstep.

I am a Eucharistic Minister at Felician College. I am a super Aunt to my niece and nephew. I played sports my whole life mainly basketball and tennis. I enjoy outdoor activities. I love to cook, I love music that fills my soul, and I enjoy interior design. I also love animals. I love food so I love to check out all different restaurants.

It seems real estate has always been in my blood. My love for Real Estate started as a child admiring my friends and families homes. My grandfather had his own Real estate brokerage in Lyndhurst. My father owned real estate with my mother. I have watched my brother-in-law redo homes inside and outside and how much work and detail that goes into the process. I also helped decorate my sister?s homes with her after construction was done. I also helped my mom being a landlord with our two-family property in Nutley. As I got older, I grew fonder of different styles of architecture and in the different areas that I loved where the Real Estate was located.
I?m excited about Real Estate because great memories were built in a lot of homes and I had such a great upbringing that I?d like to help more families find their dream home.
